For Patients:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to contact us on 0777-3313-608 at least 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise a cancellation charge may apply (up to the full cost of the scheduled treatment).

If you were late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the full treatment duration allocated for the chosen treatment.

All treatments must be paid in full at the end of each treatment. Payments must be in cash or cheuqe. Please make cheque payable to YANG KANG TANG.

Yang Kang Tang and our practitioner Patricia Pang reserve the right to refuse treatment to patients who we feel are not suitable for Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments.

In some cases, our practitioner Patricia Pang may advise you to visit a General Practitioner (GP). It is your responsibility to follow this advice. Yang Kang Tang and Patricia Pang cannot be held responsible for any loss, damages or delays in Western treatment resulting from your failure in following this advice.

Refunds are only provided for unopened Chinese herbal pills. Refunds will only be given upon inspection.

We aim to provide you with the treatment time and location of your choice. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred choice as popular treatment times and locations can sometimes be booked very quickly. If this happens we will try to provide alternative appointments close to your preferred choice.

All patient's details and records are confidential and will not be passed onto a third party unless on the request of the patient himself / herself or on the request of the patient's general practitioner with the patient's written permission. Once the information has been passed onto the patient or his/hers general practitioner, it is the patient's responsibility to ensure that this information is not fallen into the possession of any other parties. Yang Kang Tang and Patricia Pang will not be held responsible if this information goes missing or ends up in the possession of any other parties.

Any printed or e-mail materials provided by Yang Kang Tang and Patricia Pang are solely for reference purpose. They are designed to provide patients with a better understanding of the theories and different treatments of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yang Kang Tang and Patricia Pang do not accept any responsibility in the usefulness or accuracy of the materials.
